The South African woman encouraging people to get their vaccine

Jolene Samuels calls herself an ordinary South African but she did something extraordinary, she set up a raffle on social media to encourage people to get vaccinated against Covid-19. South Africa is the country that has been the worst hit by the virus in Africa with around 78 thousand deaths. The raffle is getting more and more popular online.
