Hours before meeting with the Prime Minister in Scotland today, First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth has said that Andy Burnham's Budget was "not serious about Wales”. Wednesday's Budget pledged an extra £450m for Wales over the next three years as well as funding for individual projects. But the Welsh government has criticised the chancellor's plans, claiming the extra money promised is actually a cut in day to day spend, when inflation is taken into account. Wales – are we taken seriously? One of Wales' all-time rugby greats, Shane Williams, will be lacing up his boots for one more time today. He will join a host of other former players in this year's ‘Match for Mental Health’ tonight at Cardiff Arms Park, to help raise awareness about mental health issues among players. Williams has recently opened up about his own struggles since his retirement, saying that he felt isolated, and that the ‘conversations and camaraderie you have at home are different from those you have with your teammates.’ He wants other players to not be afraid to speak up. Do we put too much pressure on our sports stars? Ahead of Halloween tomorrow, broadcaster and paranormal investigator Yvette Fielding has been speaking to The Afternoon Show on BBC Radio Wales about her most chilling spooky stories… She’s recalled a little girl calling for her mother, footsteps on the ceiling. She says that 80% of us want to see something paranormal in our lifetime. So have you? Why do you think we believe in the supernatural? Call or WhatsApp 03700 100 110. Text 8 10 12.
