Delyana Lazarova conducts the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra in Prokofiev’s Symphony No. 5, a musical homecoming featuring one of the composer’s most darkly lyrical slow movements. Dobrinka Tabakova’s exhilarating fanfare Orpheus’ Comet launches the evening with a buzzing, fizzing homage to Monteverdi.
