The new Plaid Cymru Welsh Government's plans to top-up the budget are on a knife edge. They’re giving almost 300 MILLION POUNDS of extra cash to the NHS, childcare, and to fund more free school meals in secondary schools. A vote on the spending plans is due to take place tonight - but Plaid does not have a majority of seats in Cardiff Bay. It seems that Labour is the most likely budget partner -- but they're asking for a lot more cash to be spent on pupils with additional learning needs. What do you think should the Welsh Government be spending the extra money on? What should be their priorities? Cycling fans are furious that full live coverage of the once free-to-air Tour de France is now behind a paywall. Only highlights are free to watch. Many are concerned that it will alienate viewers and damage the sport's growth. Some events like The Olympics, Wimbledon, the Six Nations and the current World Cup are still on terrestrial TV. But questions have been raised over whether tournaments like the Six Nations will always be free. Do you think all big sporting events should be free to watch on TV? And finally, should mobile phones be banned in theatres? Legally Blonde musical star Amber Davies said she asked for an audience member who filmed a performance from the front row to be kicked out. She’s the latest in a number of actors to criticise the use of phones during performances – after Rosamund Pike and Jessie Buckley spoke out after they noticed an audience member was texting during their shows.
