Linzi Lima talks to Stephen Kelly, chief executive of Manufacturing NI, who suffered a heart attack while on a short holiday. He says at some points he was left to book his own hotels, organise and pay for medical treatment and ultimately organise his own flight home after failing to reach agreement on whether he was fit to fly with his insurer.
