Our tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the application / tickets, accompanied by any guest(s) they wish to bring along.

Tickets will normally show the name of the person who applied.

Occasionally, we ask you to let us know the name of any accompanying guests when you apply for tickets. Where this is the case, your tickets will be printed with your name as the lead booker, and your guest(s) name(s) on any additional tickets. Should you need to change the names of your accompanying guests ahead of a recording, you will need to let us know. As the lead (named) booker, you will be required to attend and accompany any named guests. Your tickets will be non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone else. The name on your tickets must match your photo ID.
