just go for it the next time you see him on his bike throw something in front or trip by mistake to get his attention then hes all yours. (if not he might hit you adn you end up in hospital and forget all about him) the choice is yours its the best of boths worlds

You basically need to stand in front of him and bash him over the head with a frying pan before he will realise that you want to move it on! Though I expect he still thinks you fancy him. (back me up edith - blokes think all girls fancy them. women never think the guys fancy them)
So I recon you need to stalk him out- find where he goes for a drink and acidentally bump into him. Truth is that you might find him really repulsive when you get to know him anyway!

As an easy conversation starter, tell the truth: just say you've seen him about loads and ask if he is local and see if he starts chatting. Then suggest you meet up propperly next time (if it is going well) and ask where he drinks normally. You should have a date - if not, bad luck!
