Ten Years Of Crowdscience
Answering your questions about life, Earth and the universe
In November 2016 the BBC World Service launched a brand new show in which listeners would send in their science questions, and a team of fearless reporters would find answers. Ten years on, CrowdScience is still going strong.
We’ve answered hundreds of questions from around the world, spoken to thousands of scientists and covered subjects from the mundane to the profound, going on audio adventures that are often surprising and always fascinating.
CrowdScience is nothing without its audience, so to celebrate our anniversary we asked listeners for their CrowdScience stories, and to pick their favourite moments from across the last decade.
Presenter Anand Jagatia is in the chair, with contributions from the rest of the team and some of the finest audio from our ever-increasing archive.
