Peace talks postponed for Democratic Republic of Congo

Peace talks, aimed at bringing stability to eastern DRC, have been postponed after a walkout by several rebel groups. Fighting in the region has left tens of thousands displaced. We hear about conditions in refugee camps where disease and malnutrition have become rife.

Leaders of South Africa’s governing party – the African National Congress – have met to discuss President Cyril Ramaphosa’s future in the wake of a parliamentary report into a burglary at his game farm.
