Russia’s foreign minister Sergei Lavrov is on a whirlwind four-nation tour of Africa in what seems to be an attempt to deepen relations amid the backdrop of the Ukraine war.

South African authorities have started the formal process of extraditing the Gupta brothers from the United Arab Emirates.
