Former Rwandan hotelier, Paul Rusesabagina, is found guilty of terrorism.
Rwandan former Hotelier, Paul Rusesabagina, is convicted of terrorism by the high court. His daughter says her father was kidnapped, tortured and denied a fair hearing describing the trial as theatre with President Kagame as the main actor.
Also, Human Rights Watch decries the rape of dozens of female prisoners in the DRC last year. To date, no one has been made accountable while the women continue to suffer.
