Somaliland elections deemed 'free and fair'
The opposition party wins the parliamentary election with all-male representation.
The parliamentary elections in the self-declared republic of Somaliland were conducted 'free and fairly' according to Tanzanian politician and observer to the elections, Zitto Kabwe; Nigeria Minister of Information Alhaji Lai Mohammed responds to criticism over the Twitter ban.
