Politics can be a vicious environment, even more so for women. Nigerian politician Natasha Akpoti tells how she was attacked when she decided to run as the gubernatorial candidate of Kogi State.

The President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, has joined an anti-corruption march in the capital city Kampala. But as president of the country, shouldn't he be the best placed in trying to root out a problem that has seen Uganda scoring consistently at the lower ranks of corruption indexes worldwide? We ask our correspondent in Kampala Catherine Byaruhanga.
