River of Light returns with 13 artworks and a trail reaching further into Liverpool.

Liverpool’s River of Light returns from 23 October to 1 November, with 13 illuminated artworks, including nine new installations. This year’s free festival explores the theme ‘Together’, with a trail stretching beyond the waterfront and further into the city centre during October half-term.
