The celebrity chef 'home made' in Cheddleton

Thom Bateman - the self-taught chef from the Staffordshire Moorlands, and owner of The Flintlock restaurant in Cheddleton - has over four million followers on social media and has appeared on TV shows such as 'The Great British Menu'.
Now, he talks to the BBC's Lee Blakeman about his brand new book of recipes, 'Home Made' - and how it's been influenced by his Staffordshire roots.
