Rob from Cov lost his dad in 9/11

Coventry's Rob Halligan lost his dad Bob in the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He worked on the 99th floor of the South Tower for an insurance firm and had been living in America since the 1980s. Rob shares the story of what happened with BBC CWR's Vic Minett.
