York artist granted visa for exceptional paintings

Abdul Malik Nobel is originally from Bangladesh and was given the Global Talent Visa for his watercolor paintings of the sights of York. The UK Global Talent visa is a specialized immigration route for recognized leaders or emerging leaders in specific specialized fields who wish to work in the United Kingdom.
