The former Potter taking on a brand new challenge

Former Stoke City defender Ryan Shotton, and friends Simon Bell and Martin Murphy, on their 150km Peak District hike, raising money for Calm, the Campaign Against Living Miserably. They spoke with Lee Blakeman about how they have all struggled with mental health, and how Ryan feels it's a particularly big issue for footballers. They will also be joined on the challenge by friend Stevie Callear.
