Richard Branson's surprise for Malvern artist
Rhys Caldwell-Clarkson told the BBC he was 'speechless' at finding out the billionaire bought on of his paintings, saying he adored the artist's creativity.
The boss of the Virgin Group, in a surprise to the Worcestershire artist, said 'keep painting, keep dreaming and just show the world what you can do'.
Rhys was diagnosed as autistic at 8 years old and quit his job in retail because he found it overwhelming.
He later discovered a love for art and began creating paintings inspired by the landscape of the Worcestershire countryside, which he sells through his business, Art on the Spectrum.
