Have you been misled by a car finance mis-selling claims management firm?

Martin Lewis says he's been contacted by people who have discovered that claims management firms have acted on their behalf on car finance mis-selling, without them knowingly having given permission.

He says that's "unacceptable" and explains what the Financial Conduct Authority is doing about it.
