Unpaid carer: 'It's going to change our lives'
An unpaid carer who contacted BBC Radio Manchester will receive help from Tameside Council to make adaptations to their home. Carol-Ann has severe arthritis, and her husband has had 2 strokes. They care for their severely disabled 6-year-old daughter Francesca, as well as their 5-year-old.
