David Payne, from Mill Street Kitchen in Leek, told BBC Radio Stoke's Lee Blakeman his thoughts on Leek's Big Mill, following the fire that destroyed the 200-year-old building. Lee then spoke to Kim Mountford, the Director of Hanley-based INC Architects who will be converting the old London Mill on Ashbourne Road, for her thoughts on what should come next for the Big Mill.
