100K Run for ‘Hearts That Can’
Loz Denis ran 100 kilometres for charity this past weekend – around a heart shape circuit in Queen’s Park, Hinckley.
After losing both parents, Loz Denis is raising money for the charities including ‘Hearts That Can'.
His 100K run was a “warm up” for running the length of Britain this May. It took him just under 12 hours of actual running to complete.
Loz sent us voice notes as he ran his 132,000 steps, and also chatted afterwards with BBC Leicester’s Jack Rafferty.
