Europe's largest crane places Waterside Bridge

Europe's largest crane placed Nottingham's newest bridge, connecting Lady Bay and Colwick for pedestrians and cyclists.

You can find drone footage of the bridge being placed on BBC Nottingham's Facebook and Instagram pages.

The bridge is set to open next Spring. The BBC's Harry Stevens was part of the crowd watching it being placed, and he spoke to the people who had turned up to see the event.
