Benjamin Culff from Leamington was just 17 when he suffered a cardiac arrest at work.
Thanks to the quick actions of colleagues, he's here today and is hoping to raise awareness of CPR skills and defibs.
He says, "if you can set up a phone, you can set up a defib." He's been speaking to BBC CWR presenter, JD.
