Blurton street artist on a mission to hide hateful imagery
Blurton street artist Sarah Marshall made it her mission to cover over rude graffiti with her own murals. She says it is very much not graffiti, it's street art.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council say it supports the creativity of artists, but asks it be done respectfully - with permission from building owners.
The authority says anyone caught graffitiing council-owned buildings will be fined up to £500.
