The Arc of Attrition race is underway
Hundreds of super-fit runners are pounding the Coast Path right now - in a race called the Arc of Attrition.
It's a well-earned name, you can choose distances of 25, 50 or 100 miles and many do it non-stop and through the night.
In all there will be about two thousand runners.
The 100 miles runners set off from Coverack on Friday lunch time running towards the finish line at Porthtowan on the north coast. Have a listen to organiser Hayden Arrowsmith.
