Secrets of Lincoln's Quavers factory
Quavers have been made at the Walker's factory in Lincoln for more than 50 years.
1.6 million packets are produced there every day, but how do you turn starch - a by-product of making potato crisps - into curly cheesy snacks?
Karl Bird toured the factory with PepsiCo manufacturing director Layla Whiting to find out.
