Operation Kenova

Operation Kenova will today publish a report into the activities of the Army's highest-ranking informer within the IRA. "Stakeknife" was west Belfast man Freddie Scappaticci - although it's understood he is not identified in the report because of the existing Government and security policy of not naming agents.
