Why you need to take flood precautions, wherever you live.

Thousands of homes across the UK have been battered by 8 storms in the last 3 months. With flood warnings still in place this week, consumer champ Matt Allwright has tips to stay safe as just 30cm of water can float a car and 6 inches of fast flowing water can knock you off your feet. He also explains why you need to take precautions, even if you don't live in a high risk area!
