Richard Roundtree: What was the impact of the 'first black action star'?
Richard Roundtree, a US actor best known for his starring role in the Shaft film franchise, has died aged 81.
He died at home in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon with his family by his side after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
Film critic Amon Warmann tells Newshour's Rebecca Kesby about the impact a film he starred in, Shaft, had in the 1970's.
