Protecting Uganda’s gorillas
The award winning trailblazing conservationist Dr Gladys Kalema-Zikusoka has just published her autobiography, called ‘Walking with Gorillas: The Journey of an African Wildlife Vet’. She's made a career by bringing light to South Western Uganda's Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and has played an instrumental role in reviving Uganda's gorilla population. She's also helping the community that lives next to the gorillas thrive by ensuring that they get a fair price for their coffee.
