There was a lot of excitement in a county Fermanagh Primary School last week - as it hosted the Livestock and Meat commissions cookery demonstration. The whole idea it to teach primary school aged children about where their food comes from and how to store and cook safely. Our reporter ELAINE MITCHELL went along as the children at St. Mary's Primary School Killesher were taught how to make a chilli beef pasta:
