NI Fire Service boss talks response to possible strike.

The interim head of the Northern Ireland fire and rescue service Andy Hearn has appealed to the fire brigades' union here to avoid strike action to so that they don't have to call the military in to assist. Andy Hearn spoke to Good Morning Ulster.
