"We have been observing an overwhelming continuation of attacks"
The Armenian Foreign Minister, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, in Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart, tells Newshour that the "ceasefire" in Nagorno-Karabakh agreed two days ago, is "extremely fragile". The authorities in Stepanakert have announced the deaths of a further 51 servicemen killed in fighting with Azerbaijan, bringing its total military death toll to 480 since fighting broke out two weeks ago.
