Panama leaks: McDonnell questions HMRC resources
Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell has told Martha Kearney the government needs to ensure the HMRC is 'sufficiently resourced' to investigate the Panama Papers leaks.
Mr McDonnell said a 'proper register' of UK-based firms should be introduced to ensure that tax payments are transparent.
