Mail was asking 'legitimate questions'

Lord Rothermere has apologised after a reporter from the Mail on Sunday turned up uninvited at a memorial service for Mr Miliband's uncle.
But Mr Brummer said the Mail, which accused the Labour leader's late father of hating Britain, was asking legitimate questions.
