Bill and Susanna speak to Nev, the manager of a Swansea call centre who is keen to keep his team of cold callers motivated.

The way he does that is unconventional ranging from sing-alongs to finding dates for his employees.

A BBC Three documentary crew went behind the scenes at the call centre.
