Kitt Peak: looking forward

In 1980 Sir Patrick Moore finds out about the future of Kitt Peak National Observatory from its director, Dr Geoffrey Burbidge.

Burbidge, who died in 2010, was a very important astronomer who rejected the Big Bang theory and proposed alternative models of the Universe along with Fred Hoyle and others.
