With another image of the Prophet Mohamed on its front cover and an extraordinary print run of 3 million. The debate about freedom of expression, rights and responsibilities continues in the face of terror. Flemming Rose is the Danish editor who commissioned cartoonists to portray the Prophet in his Copenhagen newspaper in 2005. He's lived with death threats ever since.
