At Forest Green Rovers, known as the ‘little club on the hill’, Vick Hope discovers how a team from a small Gloucestershire hamlet made it into the professional leagues, before trying her hand at mowing the pitch with the club’s groundsman.

Matt Baker follows the journey of a locally brewed organic beer from barley field to pint glass and meets the greengrocer supplying fresh produce to the world’s first fully vegan football club. He then heads into the kitchen to see how that seasonal veg ends up on the players’ plates.

Meanwhile, Adam Henson is on the lookout for two new signings of his own as he heads to Yorkshire to find some fresh recruits for his white park herd back in Gloucestershire.
