With the cast of 'Return To Paradise'

Adam meets Anna Samson and Lloyd Griffith from the cast of BBC One's 'Return To Paradise', which is back on our screens for a third series this week.

We also catch up with Alison Wheeler from The South, formerly the Beautiful South. They're heading to Sussex on tour.

And Adam dissects this weekend's Strictly action with dance teacher and former Strictly Come Dancing choreographer James Wilson, who lives in Brighton.
