Jenna Ortega and Amy Adams start your Fri-YAY!

It's Fri-YAY and Sara's guests are stars of Klara And The Sun - Jenna Ortega and Amy Adams.

But before that, play along with Let’s Hear It For The Noise, where Sara baffles your brain with her mind-bending wall of sound - you need to be all ears! If today’s player gets the highest score of the week, they win a pair of Sara Sox!

And after 9, you choose the tunes on the All Request Half Wower!

Ellie Brennan’s on hand with traffic and travel updates and Matthew Carter’s got the news. Sara’s also bringing you the biggest stories from the worlds of entertainment and sport, as well as the headlines from your life! Plus, each morning a moment to Pause For Thought.

Get involved by emailing sara.cox@bbc.co.uk – and listen live weekdays from 6.30am!
