Hosted by Nkechi Ogbonna, this episode features 33-year-old Chebet Birir from Kenya who is a mother of four. She was diagnosed with postpartum psychosis after giving birth to her first child. She talks to Nkechi about the symptoms, the stigma, and her road to recovery.
