In Little and Broad Haven, south Wales, there is a frantic search for two paddleboarders swept over a mile out to sea. The Hayling Island crew race against time to rescue a fisherman trapped in mud. Two walkers in Redcar are cut off on a rapidly diminishing strip of beach, and in Porthcawl, a dog owner calls 999 after her dog is taken by the tide.
