Green Man is an independent festival held every August in the grounds of the Glanusk Estate, near Crickhowell in Powys. Founded in 2003, it has grown to become the biggest contemporary music and arts festival in Wales.

Neuroscientist, Dr Phoebe Reynolds, describes how festival experiences become core memories.

The Co-Director of Wild Rhythms, Christopher Pugh, lets us hear the biological rhythms of plants using special sensors.

Clinical Nutritionist, Eva Humphries, brings science-backed strategies to help festival-goers recover from hangovers.

Plus, Tiggy Pettifer from the Atlantic Salmon Trust discusses the health of our rivers and explains why salmon are the ultimate warning sign.

Produced by Stuart Russell.
