Part One: Three Days

The award-winning series about the prison system returns. James Fritz tells the story of two prisoners from Series One. In the first one we follow Lee and his accidental release.

A new series of this award winning drama which illuminates the struggles and injustices with the UK Prison system both from the prisoners' perspective and the prison staff.

The tension rises as we go from inside to outside the prison walls and follow the story of Lee, a prisoner we met in Series 1, who is mistakenly released. How could something like this happen?

Part Two, the return of Martin from Series 1. It's his Parole interview following fourteen years of incarceration under an Imprisonment for Public Protection. Will Martin stay calm and in control or will the questions pose a trigger for him?
