With a buyer for the town found, the Roses are eager to escape, but some connections prove tough to sever, especially for Alexis and David.
Johnny has finally found a way out of Schitt’s Creek and his name is Andy, a businessman who plans on buying the town. All that Johnny needs now is Andy’s signature, but Roland hits it off with the guy, delaying the signing. Meanwhile, Alexis finds things complicated by Ted proposing and her finally revealing her true feelings to Mutt. Meanwhile David, feeling abandoned by his family and best friend Stevie, just leaves town in Roland's pick-up.
