“Would you mind staying on air another two hours?”

“I was feeling sluggish today,” says Ken in Derry, “and just dragging myself around on my rounds but miraculously I have livened up in the last fifteen minutes.”

The message came in a quarter of an hour into the show.

“Don't suppose you could stay on air for another two hours until I finish up?”

“I would like to. But they won’t allow me!”
