The Equalities and Human Rights Commission has published its guidance on single-sex spaces
The government has published its long-awaited guidance on single-sex spaces. The guidance states that spaces such as changing rooms and toilets must be used on the basis of biological sex. We'll find out what this means for businesses, organisations and transgender people who access these spaces.
